we went to dinner at the café 500 and simply had soup and sandwiches and enjoyed them and we recommend café 500 for average spenders. we were invited out for dinner by friends one evening and we invited them back to see our room ,they said that when they come to atlantic city that the Ocean Resort was their top choice of places to stay.
we spent three afternoons at the indoor/outdoor pool and it was clean with employees that were great in what they do to help people. we had breakfast three mornings in café 500 and the service was great and the food exceptional for the cost. the show was terrific and the comp tickets were well appreciated. we opted to sit back a few rows and the casino was very helpful in picking our seats. the second night we were invited to Friday nite live and it was a great mixture of great band music and singers such as joe piscopo, along with specialty acts.
the show was very entertaining good and moved fast. we were invited to a magical illusionist show and had terrific seats. we were there for a long weekend and boy did we have a great time. Most recently my wife and I had the pleasure of staying at the Ocean Resort in atlantic city,new jersey.
